We understand that every individual  has unique needs. That’s why we offer flexible, tailored packages — designed to provide continuity, clarity, and better value over time.

CBT and EMDR Individual sessions
·  Initial Assessment (approx. 70 minutes): £120
This extended first session allows time for a thorough understanding of your needs, goals and ensures we can explore whether therapy is the right approach for you
·  Therapy Sessions (approx. 50 minutes): £90 (brought individually)

CBT packages: The Amelia Finch Starter Breakthrough Package:

This package is designed to help you take your first meaningful steps toward clarity , emotional balance, and personal insight. It includes:
-A full 70 minute clinical assessment
-X4 focussed therapy sessions, giving you space to explore whats brought you here and begin working toward what comes next.

Whether your seeking relief, direction or a deeper understanding of yourself, the Amelia Finch Breakthrough package offers a supportive and considered entry point to new beginnings.

Clients often continue their journey beyond the starter Breakthrough package, with deeper, tailored support.
Additional therapy discounted packages are introduced later in your treatment journey and shared directly with you as your initial package nears completion.

Individual sessions: ADHD Strategy support services

ADHD focussed Assessment-75 minutes £130
This is a non-diagnostic ADHD focussed assessment designed to help you better understand your executive functioning profile and daily challenges and strengths. It offers insight and a starting for support. No formal diagnosis is required. No diagnosis of ADHD will be given

ADHD strategy Power Hour- 60 minutes-£110:
Focussed , high impact session to tackle one specific executive functioning challenge (eg task overwhelm, structuring your week, planning and following through on tasks, time management and prioritisation etc.

ADHD strategy Deep Dive-90 minutes- £140
Ideal for planning systems, executive function mapping, or addressing multiple overlapping challenges

A structured structured starting point helping you understand how ADHD shows up in your life, and supporting you to develop tools that work with your brain, not against it. 
Its focussed, empowering and tailored to the realities of your world.

Do you offer in-person sessions or online only?

We offer both in-person and online sessions, depending on your needs. In-person availability is limited and offered in select areas — please get in touch to find out more. Online sessions are available UK-wide.

Where are you based?

We’re UK-based and offer flexible online sessions that can be accessed from anywhere in the country. In-person sessions are available in select locations, including Bournville (Birmingham) and the wider West Midlands. We’ll discuss the most suitable option for you during the referral process.

Do I need a diagnosis to access support?

Accepted Answer

No formal diagnosis is needed. We support individuals based on their experiences and needs, whether or not a diagnosis is in place.

Do you work with children and adults?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with children (from age 7+), young people, and adults across a range of services including CBT, EMDR, ADHD strategy sessions, and trauma-focused support.

How do I make a referral?

You can refer yourself, refer your child, or submit a professional referral. Head to our Referral page and choose the appropriate form to get started.

What are ADHD Strategy Sessions, and how much do they cost?

Our ADHD Strategy Sessions are designed to help individuals develop practical, tailored strategies for managing ADHD. Whether it’s time management, organization, emotional regulation, or focus — these sessions provide actionable support to help you thrive.

Which option is best for you? If you’re looking for a single session to address a specific issue, the individual session is perfect. However, if you’re aiming for sustained improvement, a package will help you stay on track and maintain momentum at a lower overall cost.

Do you accept urgent or crisis referrals?

We do not offer emergency or crisis support. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services 999. If you are experiencing a crisis please contact your local mental health crisis team or  Samaritans on 116 123.

What happens after I send a referral?

We aim to review all referrals within 48 working hours. We will get in touch to discuss your options with you.
